RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return a part, here’s everything you need to know.

RETURN WINDOW & RESTOCKING FEE

Returns are accepted on non-electronic parts within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted.
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is damaged, cracked, or otherwise non-functional

  • Parts are missing from your order

  • The part does not perform as described

  • You received the wrong item

Once your return arrives and is evaluated, we’ll send an email confirming receipt. You'll then be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a standard processing period. Refunds may take up to 90 days to be fully processed.

RETURN CRITERIA

To qualify for a return:

  • The part must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included (if applicable)

  • Refurbished items are not eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total

  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
